Return & Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, a free replacement will be provided if the product qualifies under the warranty terms and conditions. To initiate the return process, please contact our Customer Service Team atΒ 8750593593Β before using the product. The return process may be subject to the nature and category of the product. Customers must inform us of any damage, defect, or missing items within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Conditions for Return:

  1. Valid Invoice Copy
  2. Unboxing Video at the time of Delivery where shipping label & MRP label should be clearly visible.
  3. Packing Video before dispatching the RTV product to ensure a smoother refund.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method used:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited back to the card withinΒ 7 working days, and the amount will be reflected in the next billing statement.
  • Net Banking: Refunds will be processed directly into the bank account used for the transaction.

Warranty Policy

Our warranty policy applies to products purchased within the territory ofΒ IndiaΒ and is extended only to theΒ first end-user customer. Please retain your original purchase invoice, as it must be presented at the time of service.

Covered Under Warranty:

  1. The warranty isΒ non-transferableΒ and valid only in India for the first user.
  2. The warranty coversΒ functional partsΒ andΒ software issuesΒ arising from manufacturing defects.
  3. This warranty doesΒ not cover damagesΒ due to unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  1. Damages caused by improper installation or mishandling by the customer.
  2. External accessories such as batteries, cables, and carrying bags.
  3. Plastic, rubber, glass, or aesthetic parts and consumables are subject to replacement on aΒ chargeable basis.
  4. Transportation and handling chargesΒ for repairs or replacements will be borne by the customer.
  5. The warranty shall beΒ voidedΒ in the following cases:
  • Altered, removed, or defacedΒ serial numbers.
